We’re looking for an Asset Inventory and Compliance Coordinator to join our team and become the cornerstone of our global asset management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our demonstration assets are where they need to be, all while maintaining strict adherence to international trade regulations. Responsibilities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in supply chain logistics, inventory management, or logistics planning.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of U.S. and international trade compliance regulations and global shipping requirements.
  • Familiarity with CRM, SAP, or other ERP data systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records in the corporate asset management system, including asset status, location, ownership, and usage history.
  • Coordinate demo asset shipments, transfers, returns, and disposals in line with regional regulations and business priorities.
  • Prepare required documentation for global logistics, including export control documents, customs forms, and certificates of conformance.
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade Compliance team to ensure adherence to ITAR, EAR, and regional trade requirements.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc inventory reports for leadership visibility, audit support, and financial reconciliation.
