IND Technology is an award winning powerline monitoring technology company based in Melbourne, New York and Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a skilled Inventory and Logistics Officer with a strong background in warehouses and logistics and highly motivated to join our team in Melbourne.
This role is ideal for people with a diploma of logistics, business administration, or a related discipline, 2 years of experience in similar roles, Full driving licensee required and Electric walkie-stalker trained. Desirable basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.

The key responsibilities of this job include:

  • Lifting and Moving Items: Comfortable with lifting weights and physically moving items within the warehouse.
  • Warehouse Management: Assist in managing and organising the store/inventory cage and optimize warehouse space for efficiency.
  • Transportation: Drive company vehicle to transfer items between warehouses and deliver materials to the production facility.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct stock takes and perform regular updates to inventory records.
  • Receivables Management: Oversee all receivables and provide reports to the Inventory Control Officer.
  • Goods Inspection: Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Reception Duties: Respond to the doorbell and manage incoming visitors.
