Description Position Summary The Inventory & Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient shipping and receiving, and warehouse readiness to support production and project execution. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, accountability, and collaboration across Operations and Production teams out of our Texas location. Essential Job Functions: Inventory Management Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across company systems Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages Support continuous improvement of inventory control processes Shipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments for accuracy and quality Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipments Track shipments and proactively address delivery issues Support freight coordination and logistics requirements Warehouse Operations Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and accessible Follow warehouse safety, handling, and storage standards Assisting in loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments Production & Project Support Stage inventory and materials for Production and project builds Partner with Production to ensure materials are available and accurate Communicate inventory constraints that could impact timelines Performance Expectations High inventory accuracy with minimal discrepancies Timely and accurate shipping and receiving execution Production materials staged correctly and on time Organized, safe, and audit-ready warehouse Proactive issue identification and resolution Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment Clear and proactive communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong sense of accountability and ownership High school diploma required and advanced education in supply chain or logistics considered a plus Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years prior experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations Experience working closely with production or project teams Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems (preferred, not required) Forklift certification or experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the workday Ability to lift up to standard warehouse weight limits with or without assistance (40 lbs) Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Work Environment Onsite warehouse and operations setting Fast-paced, execution-driven environment Collaboration with Operations and Production teams Why Join Us: Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge technologies and a team of experts dedicated to driving innovation.
