Job Description We are looking for an Inventory and Store Assortment Planner, an expert in optimizing inventory management. You have a strong command of NAPA’s technical and commercial systems, as well as the specificities of the Canadian markets. In collaboration with regional teams, store managers, independent owners, and supervisors, you will define and drive an inventory strategy adapted to operational realities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage recommendations from specialized software for managing assortment breadth and depth across all stores under your responsibility. Work closely with on-site teams, managers, and leadership to develop store-specific strategies. Provide precise recommendations regarding product returns in accordance with the established strategy. Analyze the financial results of initiatives and share your findings with relevant teams. Stay informed about corporate strategies and results to better support the stores. Qualifications To join our team, you need: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Mathematics, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or procurement. Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken. You will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
