We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all inventory and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, tracking, picking, packing, shipping, and overall logistics coordination. This role requires a professional multitasker who ensures that all activities are carried out efficiently, on time, and meet our high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to track and manage various aspects of warehouse inventory at any given time. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating orders, and monitoring shipping times to ensure seamless operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS, UNDERSTANDING, & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid forklift certification is a must
  • High school diploma+
  • 1+ years experience in a warehouse
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Ability to work with all levels of company staff
  • Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
  • Proficiency with SCM+ and/or ERP systems for warehouse management
  • Standard First Aid & CPR
  • WHMIS certification
  • Successful candidates are required to be legally eligible to work for full-time-based employment in Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising inventory and warehouse operations: Oversee the entire flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking and safe handling of inventory from receiving to shipping.
  • Inventory control: Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, system updates, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained at all times.
  • Warehouse organization: Implement and maintain organized storage systems to ensure easy access to goods, reduce clutter, and optimize space utilization.
  • Order management: Coordinate and prioritize orders to ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely shipping, in line with customer needs and company standards.
  • Shipping and transportation management: Coordinate outbound shipments and work with carriers to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries, reducing lead times wherever possible.
  • Quality assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards for inventory handling, packing, labeling, and shipping to minimize errors and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Team leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, operational guidelines, and best practices.
  • Logistics optimization: Continuously assess warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows across all functions.
  • Tracking & reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and on-time delivery rates. Generate regular reports to ensure performance goals are met and exceeded.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Other duties as assigned: Take on additional responsibilities as required by the business to ensure smooth warehouse and inventory operations.
