Okie Staffing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory / Assembly Technician for a manufacturing environment working with small, lightweight components (screws, hardware, etc.). This is a split-role position — perfect for someone who enjoys both organization and hands-on assembly work. Location Tulsa, OK Shift Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay $17.00+/hr. DOE What You’ll Be Doing Inventory / Kitting (50%) Pull and kit small parts for production orders Organize and maintain accurate inventory counts Ensure materials are ready and staged for assembly Work with small components with high attention to detail Assembly (50%) Assemble parts and components to specification Follow work instructions and blueprints Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy Maintain a clean and organized workstation Previous assembly experience REQUIRED Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with small parts and repetitive tasks Good work ethic and reliability Forklift/warehouse experience NOT required Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass DOT / FAA / UA (drug screening) Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the shift Steady day shift schedule Shift Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay $17.00+/hr. Responsibilities
