POSITION SUMMARY

The Inventory Assistant supports the daily operations of our wholesale division by preparing, packaging, and delivering orders. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting the Wholesale Manager in keeping warehouse operations organized and compliant.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain an OLCC permit.
• Experience with METRC is a huge plus.
• Prior experience in warehouse, delivery, or inventory control preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Basic computer skills required, experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus.

• Pick and package wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Deliver orders to wholesale partners using company vehicles in a safe and timely manner,
• Maintain compliance in METRC, including generating manifests for deliveries.
• Support inventory counts and ensure products are stocked and organized.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying product quantities.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Perform basic vehicle checks before use and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with the Wholesale Manager and sales team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
