We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Assistant to support our warehouse and stock management operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming stock and verify quantities against purchase orders
• Accurately enter inventory data into tracking systems
• Assist with organizing and labeling stock in storage areas
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages
• Prepare items for shipment and assist with order fulfillment
• Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts
• Maintain clean and orderly stockrooms and work areas
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate stock handling

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in inventory, retail, or warehouse settings preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs.)
• Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.20 per hour
