We are seeking an Inventory Associate to join our team at our location in Hodgkins, IL.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Generate and analyze various reports from WMS, Power BI-dashboards, excel, etc.
  • Perform daily Cycle Counts
  • Perform audits of forklift operator transactions
  • Perform audits of Pick locations to verify item/location accuracy
  • Accurately update WMS based on audit results using handheld scanner or desktop
  • Rundown missing/short items needed for orders expected to ship
  • Count and review label for proper stock
  • Complete cycle counts and reconciliations
  • Run various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly weekly cycle counting reports, and monthly variance reports
  • Count and review label stock to ensure proper stock
  • Assist in daily activities including labeling, counting, planning, etc. as needed.
  • Manage virtual inventories and shipments in ASC TRACK, audit receiving amounts to verify accuracy in ASC, Audit transactions in inventory.
  • Cycle count materials on 1D floor, and in the warehouse, based on the “ABC” grouping system, as directed by the Inventory Supervisor
  • Support cycle count requests or other inquiries by Supply Chain, Operations
  • Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Computer skills (Must be able to navigate ERP (i.e. SBC), WMS, Email, Dashboards, Power BI, etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excel proficiency (v-lookup, pivot table, charts, and graphs)
  • High level of accuracy
  • Heavy lifting (50 lbs.)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by Department Supervisor/Lead
  • Flex to other roles to support operational needs.
  • Willing to operate power equipment

SKILLS:

  • Experience 1-2 years with Reach Forklift and Cherry Picker
  • Work well in independently and within a team.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a high attention to detail
  • Perform various job functions within the organization’s warehouse.
  • Has the ability to follow procedures and best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior.
  • Must be able to operate an RF Scanner
  • Ability to learn computer skills including ASC and Excel
