Job Description Lumina Agency INC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Associate to support daily inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting overall warehouse and operational efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured environment while meeting established timelines. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records Perform routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Prepare and process outgoing inventory shipments Maintain clean and organized storage areas Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper stock allocation Track inventory movements and update system records accordingly Support inventory audits and reporting procedures Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills Strong communication skills Ability to lift and move inventory when necessary High level of reliability and accountability Additional Information Competitive salary ($41,000 – $45,000 per year) Growth opportunities within the company Professional development and skill-building support Structured and supportive work environment Stable, full-time position Performance-based advancement potential
