We are currently seeking experienced and professional full-time candidates to join our team. Job Summary The Inventory Associate plays a critical role in supporting the print production process by accurately managing raw materials, consumables, and finished goods inventory. This position ensures materials are properly received, labeled, stored, and distributed in accordance with company policies and production schedules. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies; report discrepancies or damages. · Accurately label and store inventory according to company standards. · Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile variances using inventory management software. · Pull and stage materials for production runs in a timely and organized manner. · Return unused materials to stock and maintain accurate inventory adjustments. · Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to ensure material availability. · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized inventory area. · Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed. · Assist in cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory. · Follow all safety protocols and comply with company policies. Requirements Qualifications – Education, Experience, License/Certifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required. · 1+ year of inventory, warehouse, or materials handling experience preferred. · Experience in a print production or manufacturing environment is a plus. · Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems. · Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Effective communication and teamwork skills. · Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs. Physical Requirements: · Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. · Frequently lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. · Bend, reach, climb, and perform repetitive tasks. · Operate warehouse equipment safely. · Tolerance for working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.). Compensation: The base compensation range for this full-time position is $17 - $18 per hour plus benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
