Description The Non-Inventory Associate is primarily responsible for performing tasks involving the general upkeep and maintenance of all NPSG Global supplies and equipment. Including following safety protocols and use technology appropriately. The warehouse environment is typically in the construction phase and personal protective equipment (PPE) must always be used including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes. Safety shoes with composite toe reinforcement required. Job Duties: Maintains database and performs physical count of inventory. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels. Processes purchasing orders as required. Tracks orders and investigates problems. Ensures a safe working environment. Accurately record keeping for materials. Minimize inventory loss by best supply chain practices. Requirements 2+ years of experience in an inventory role. Ability to produce accurate reports. Able to use a computer and other office technology. Knowledgeable of inventory software. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment. Good communication skills. Helpful Skills: Interest in mathematics, bookkeeping, accounting, business administration and/or typing. Strong and proven ability to keep accurate records.
