We utilize our proprietary Rally Lean System to keep our fleet partners on the road. We specialize in quality, fast paced, automotive body repairs on Fleet Vehicles. Who You Are: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team at Rally Fleet. The Inventory Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our body shop by managing the inventory of automotive parts and coordinating orders. What You’ll Do: Source, price, and order OEM, aftermarket, and alternative parts for commercial body repairs Verify parts accuracy against estimates and repair plans Receive, inspect, label, and stage parts for scheduled repairs Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical counts Reconcile discrepancies and manage returns, cores, shortages, and damaged parts Track order deliveries to ensure production timelines stay on schedule Communicate proactively with technicians, estimators, vendors, and leadership Assist the Office Manager in updating the company portal and repair software statuses to ensure accurate job tracking and real-time visibility Support cost control initiatives through proper product alignment and purchasing practices Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts storage area Follow all safety and company procedures What You Need: Previous experience in a body shop or proven experience in a similar role. Coachability and motivation to learn. Strong knowledge of automotive parts. Effective communication skills. Ability to lift heavy objects 20 – 75 lbs. Reliable transportation. Who is RallyX?
