Description Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Associate, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient supply management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment, supporting production teams and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities Manage inventory supplies by pulling, unpacking, and organizing stock items. Supply inventory to team members at the start of production shifts. Ensure scanned orders match the pulled inventory to maintain accuracy. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Assist in inventory counts and audits as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient inventory replenishment. Participates in bi-annual physical inventory count. Maintains, cleans, and organizes inventory supply and equipment storage areas. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills, strong decision-making ability and excellent attention to detail. Well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient while maintaining professionalism always. Inclination for learning new systems and applications a plus. Strong computer proficiency and comfort using several software and web-based applications. Committed to collaboration and teamwork. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
