In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accuracy in our inventory processes, supporting production efficiency, and helping us maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect. What you'll do: Conduct cycle counts on production lines and/or inventory warehouse as requested by approved personnel Investigate cause(s) of quantity discrepancies Record quantity differences from cycle counts into both Facts and the continuous inventory tracking spreadsheet Regularly run the warehouse negative report in Facts and conduct cycle counts for all items listed on the report Address production line parts orders in support of the Inventory Control Specialist Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience preferred Experience using Facts Accounting preferred Microsoft Software experience, with high levels of Excel knowledge Strong typing and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on tracking and maintaining accuract cycle counts (current and historical) Effective verbal communication with internal customers, particularly with production team members Solid basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication) High level of attention to detail and accuracy required
