Issue labels and attach to individual jacket of sold units. Maintain strict confidentiality of confidential personal information of our customers in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Safeguards Rule, implementing the provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act as they pertain to automobile dealerships and adhere to all other company rules, policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in an automotive dealership preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for processing dealer trades, creating and posting inventory jackets for new and used cars, and reconciling schedules. Duties also include collecting sales reports and issuing labels for sold units while maintaining strict customer data confidentiality.
