Description Overview: The Inventory Clerk performs a variety of general accounting and clerical support tasks related to inventory, dealer trades, wholesales and cross training with other desks to ensure proper coverage at all times. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Requirements Responsibilities: Post accounting for new and used units daily Post dealer trades Reconcile dealer trade schedule and follow up with management and other dealers as needed. Post daily wholesales into accounting while auditing paperwork to ensure we are in compliance with state and company policies Complete and ship wholesale transfer docs to buyers Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions. Follow up with lenders for verification of payment received and update on title status Receive and mail titles/MSOs as needed Pay flooring daily for traded and sold units Cross train with other desks to ensure proper coverage at all times. Assist with breaking down deals for scanning. Scanning and filing of contracts and deals. Computer skills, specifically Excel a plus, Google sheets, typing skills, proper email etiquette. Understand deadlines and able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to tasks. Knowledge of CDK and/or Lightspeed a plus.
