JOB SUMMARY

• Reports to Chef De Cuisine
• PartTime Day shifts only. Monday to Friday.
• On location: Market Hall at TMobile HQ
  Join our team at Market Hall - a brand new, multi-cuisine food and beverage collective inside T-Mobile’s Bellevue headquarters! The Inventory Clerk will work closely with the Kitchen and Service team to ensure product is inventoried and distributed to proper locations. The cafes include: TMO Tacos, Choppers Salad, Eastside Deli, Lonestar BBQ, Bowls & Buns, Naanya Business, a burgers & pizza happy hour pub, and a fro-yo food truck inside a vintage airstream!

EXPERIENCE:

Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

• Properly receive deliveries from all company contracted Vendors.
• Cross check incoming order to purchase order and verify for accuracy.
• Maintain all inventory lists meet with management regularly to maintain adequate par levels.
• Maintain shelf to sheet program when stocking items to ensure efficient inventory process
• Move product from P9 storage to the following departments
• Kitchen dry storage, walkin refrigerator and freezer
• Kiosk hallway
• Catering hallway
• Starbucks
• Assist with monthly/weekly inventory to include P9 storage, catering storage and kiosk hallway
• Safely deliver product from Market Hall to East Campus using company vehicle.
• Assist Starbucks with product pulls as needed.
• Maintain par levels and restock all product areas.
• Assist with Catering deliveries and clean ups.
• Attend and participate in preshift meetings.
• Assist kitchen w/ restocking and product inventory
• Rotate products according to FIFO practices
