Are you detail-oriented and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to play a vital role in our Burgessville location! In this role you will manage daily inventory control, oversee distribution functions, and conduct hardware testing to ensure everything operates efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include shipping and receiving, verifying receipts, maintaining stock levels, and preparing equipment for our installation team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must have minimum 1 year experience in inventory control
Experience with a computerized inventory system preferred
General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Valid Class G Driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation
Superior organization skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to problem solve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask while being flexible working with a changing list of priorities
Capable of working with minimal supervision and maintaining positive relationships with co-workers and suppliers
Perform inventory control tasks, including shipping and receiving
Conduct hardware testing, provisioning and repackaging
Ensure timely and quality receiving of all inbound supplies and materials
Properly handle and store received stock
Verify receipts and packing slips for accuracy
Unpack items received, test (if required), label, and place stock on shelves
Enter inventory data into the CRM system
Conduct inventory counts, quality control checks and compile inventory reports
Maintain stock levels and coordinate the disposal of salvage equipment/materials
Manage all shipment-related paperwork/records and upload into the CRM as appropriate
Ensure proper packaging of outbound stock and prepare customer equipment for the installation team
Inspect every outgoing shipment to ensure accuracy
Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers
Participate in automation of processes to make them more efficient and reliable
Ensuring cleanliness and proper organization of shipping/receiving/inventory rooms/storage rooms
Coordinate with team members and other internal departments of the organization
Perform all other duties as assigned
