Description
  • Enter the customer goods returns vouchers and issue credit notes on time.
  • Enter the consumer price off details in the system and issue the credit notes to the customers.
  • Keep an inventory control of expired and damaged items in the system and timely reporting to the management.
  • Enter the inbound stocks details into the system.
  • Communicating with customers about consumer promotional activities and new product listings.
  • Work closely with the sales team, warehouse team and accounts team.
  • Updating market and customer information upon changes with the current database
  • Communicating variations in product pricing and specifications with Sales Supervisors / Sales Managers / Sales teams.
  • Prepare and circulate the daily sales report to the management and sales team.
  • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones and assisting the sales team.
