Job Description We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Inventory Clerk to keep our dealership’s vehicle records accurate, organized, and audit-ready—while also serving as backup support for our Billing Clerk. If you’re fast, precise, and thrive behind the scenes of a high-volume operation, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Stock in all new and used vehicles quickly and accurately (VINs, costs, options, pricing) Maintain real-time inventory records and resolve discrepancies Process trades, purchases, and dealer transfers Organize and maintain deal jackets and required documentation Track titles, MSOs, and registration paperwork Assist with inventory reconciliations, reporting, and flooring audits Monitor aging inventory and flag issues proactively Step in to support billing: process deals, verify paperwork, and ensure accuracy when needed Partner with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to keep deals moving smoothly Qualifications Preferred: Strong attention to detail—accuracy is everything. Previous dealership, inventory, accounting, or admin experience preferred. Comfortable with data entry and working in multiple systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team player with solid communication skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Required: All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
