Job Description Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.75 per hour The position will perform clerical duties in support of the Belgravia Plant Maintenance Department. Essential Functions: Maintain computerized preventative maintenance management systems, data entry of work order parts and labor. Upload/verify shipping of all completed loads, verifying product into SAP Establish, maintain and assemble PM bill of material parts as scheduled. Create PM planning, inventory and maintenance reports. Receive stock and issue storeroom parts. Research and expedite parts as requested. Maintain storeroom and parts receiving area in an organized and uncluttered condition. Perform cycle counts as required to maintain accurate inventory. Assist supervisors and/or lead persons as required. Qualifications One (1) - two (2) years experience in inventory control, preferably in a maintenance environment. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Purchasing knowledge highly beneficial. Possess good phone, communication, and organizational skills. Possess basic mechanical knowledge. Must be able to read, write legibly, and communicate in English. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work off a ladder. Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment and be capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
