Make a difference as an Inventory Clerk As an Inventory Clerk at Krypton Solutions, your daily responsibilities will revolve around maintaining accurate inventory records. You will be tasked with receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming materials, ensuring everything aligns with our quality standards. Daily activities will also include conducting regular inventory counts, updating stock levels in our management system, and preparing reports on inventory discrepancies. You’ll collaborate closely with other departments to assist in managing stock levels, facilitating timely restocking, and supporting production schedules. Additionally, you will need to address any inventory-related issues promptly, ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Receive and enter inventory into ERP system. Picking and kitting electronic components for production. Issue materials as per work orders from ERP system. Communicating stock shortages/inventory discrepancies and escalating issues, as necessary. Perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory. Stock inventory in allocated storage locations. Inventory stock room and receiving bays maintenance and upkeep. What we're looking for in an Inventory Clerk To excel as an Inventory Clerk at Krypton Solutions, you should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when managing inventory records. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to coordinate inventory needs and resolve discrepancies. A proactive mindset will help you identify potential issues before they impact operations. Additionally, time management skills are crucial for prioritizing tasks and managing daily responsibilities efficiently. Previous work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is a plus. 1+ years' experience in a similar role is a plus. ERP systems experience is a plus.
