POSITION SUMMARY

Neill Aircraft Company is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support production and shipping operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, pulling and staging materials for production, processing shipments per customer requirements, and ensuring all packaging and preservation standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires access to U.S. Munitions List (USML) technical data. Hence the individual must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident or otherwise be specifically authorized by a license from the U.S. government to have access to USML technical data.

Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of materials used in production
  • Review customer requirements and process scheduled shipments
  • Package and preserve products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Protect parts in plastic bags for stocking purposes
  • Create packing lists and pull shipping materials based on production schedules
  • Pull hardware and stage materials for production use
  • Perform final buy-off of finished goods stock and validate completion of operations
  • Maintain inventory levels and values in the computer database
  • Issue material requisitions as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
