Experienced/Knowledge within the property sector
Good attention to detail
Suitable transport/clean driving license
Good communicator
Well presented and be able to motivate themselves whilst working alone
Located within the above postcode and be willing to travel to surrounding postcode occasionally
As an inventory clerk you will be expected to carry out professional inspections and compile reports on the condition of the properties.
