QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES

Education:
o High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Years of Experience:
o One year experience in inventory of oil country tubular goods preferred.
Personal Competencies:
o The visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion
with confidential information.
o Employee must be able to travel & work with a flexible schedule which may require overtime.
o Employee must be able to respond to call outs when required.
Safety:
o Understands all applicable location safety rules and regulations and ensures that all are being
followed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are split between a professional office environment and a normal manufacturing
environment.
Work involves delegated and operational detail.
Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with the fingers, and perceive attributes of
objects and materials.
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
The ability to work in loud, hot environments/extreme weather while wearing required PPE.
Ability to see 20-20 when corrected.
Ability to identify and distinguish colors

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Inventory Clerk under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor is an integral component that shall
focus on inventory management, product scheduling as well as acquiring the necessary resources to comply

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify information on shipping and receiving materials by doing a validation of the location once they
are completed.
Perform cycle counts to make sure the inventory is accurate.
Keep control of the inventory and collaborate with the Logistics department giving them rack locations
to process every work order.
Collaborate with Shipping & Receiving department to ensure that the information is accurate and up to
date.
File and maintain inventory documents and records.
Other duties as assigned
