Responsibilities

LOOKING FOR A FLEXIBLE, PEOPLE-FOCUSED ROLE WITH REAL VARIETY?

At Gatekeeper, our Viewer & Inventory Clerks enjoy the best of both worlds: meeting applicants to show them potential homes and conducting essential property checks to support smooth tenancies. You’ll work on set days with appointments scheduled in advance.
This role is ideal if you enjoy being out and about, interacting with people, and making a difference, while still having time for other commitments. Most working days involve around 2–4 hours of visits. You’ll be self-employed but fully part of our team, supported with training, daily check-ins, and a share in company profits.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Carrying out viewings – Meet applicants at properties, guide them through, and help them decide if it’s the right fit
  • Recording property condition – Complete inventories, check-outs and interim inspections with clarity and fairness
  • Using Gatekeeper apps – Your route, schedule, and property info are pre-loaded for both viewings and reports
  • Flagging important issues – Spot maintenance needs, tenant concerns, or applicant questions and pass them on
  • Uploading and sharing feedback – Submit reports and notes at the end of each shift and check in virtually with the Team
