JOB DESCRIPTION:

Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for Inventory & COGS Senior Finance Analyst – Order Management located in Prague, Czechia.
Contract: Full time limited 2-years contract

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Financial/accounting background
  • Minimum one year of experience as Analyst in Finance/IT/project team
  • Proficient level of spoken and written English
  • Strong MS Office skills mainly Excel
  • Organized – good time management & able to set priorities
  • Advanced analytical skills
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze Sales orders through financial statuses, which went into error due to various reasons (technical, finance, business)
  • Identify root causes of repeating issues and suggest & coordinate solution
  • Prepare monthly overview reports for local finance teams
  • Transit accounts reconciliation - investigation and review of issues and guidance of other team members
  • Coordinate specific tasks: proforma, cross-company bookings, inventory reconciliation & fixed assets
  • Review the processes and drive improvements together with standardization
  • Provide trainings to analysts & new joiners
  • Act as source of knowledge for other team members and departments
  • Help & support other team member with transactional duties (invoices, setups..)
  • Participate on project related activities (global and local)
  • Maintain all related documents for the process and update them accordingly including Compliance part (Roles & Responsibilities, SOP , work instructions etc.)
