Description JOB TITLE: Inventory & Compliance Associate JOB SUMMARY The Inventory & Compliance Associate is responsible for maintaining the ordering, receiving, and counting of all products and supplies and ensuring that inventory records are accurate at all times. This role will also maintain records of all serialized product and is heavily involved in the manufacturing and processing of all product. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of ATF compliance experience 2+ years of experience working in inventory control or similar role At least 1 year of experience using ERP Software At least 1 year of experience maintaining inventory control Knowledge of ATF regulations Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds Must be comfortable handling firearms Proficient with MS Office PREFERRED SKILLS Manufacturing and production experience SAP Business One experience Outstanding organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be detail oriented Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment CORE DUTIES Update daily logs and input corresponding production orders in SAP Track all product through physical processes and record in SAP in real time Create and maintain production orders and related transactions of corresponding products/processes Ensure product flows through the process stations in a timely manner Heavy focus of Inventory control of all serialized products Record all serialized products on the Master Production Schedule Create, maintain, and track all corresponding travelers Organize and cart serialized product (raw material and/or forgings) for manufacturing Communicate product availability to sales for invoicing Communicate external process needs to purchasing Assist with sorting, scheduling, and/or disposing of all non-conforming and reworked serialized product Acquire and dispose all serialized products in the electronic bound book per ATF regulations Destroy and dispose of defective serialized products and record in the electronic bound book per ATF regulations Update production orders with scrap and create Goods Issues in SAP daily Maintain traveler logs and all tracking spreadsheets Assist with internal audits Cycle counting as necessary (serialized product monthly) and assist with physical inventory twice per year Frequently run the Inventory Warehouse Report to ensure items are built/stored in correct stages Ensure all serialized product is properly labeled for easy identification Work closely with the purchasing, sales, and production teams and attend meetings as required Stay current with existing products and upcoming new projects Adhere to all company, safety, and housekeeping policies Maintain an organized working environment Stay current with ATF compliance regulations HOURS 1st shift position Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 11a.m. Overtime as needed SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen.
