Description Description: Create, process, and maintain work orders in the company’s business system (Global Shop) Review and verify work order details for accuracy before release to production or warehouse Manage email communications and follow-ups in Outlook Assist with inventory tracking and adjustments through the warehouse management system Communicate with other departments to ensure orders are on track Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily deadlines Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft excel or warehouse management systems Prior experience in manufacturing, production support, inventory control, or related administrative role Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
