Description On-site in Green Bay, WI. Summary: The Inventory Control Analyst will work independently, and as part of a team, to support the purchasing and production efforts of multiple divisions while assisting them in optimizing their inventory turns, improving inventory accuracy and reducing aged/obsolete inventory. Responsibilities: Approves purchase orders Creates part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manages item master and bill of material tables Plans, coordinates, and analyzes physical inventories Prepares monthly reports Maintains vendor pricing records Utilizes and trains Material Requirements Planning and production concepts Develops and maintains product configurator software Performs other related duties as required and assigned Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field preferred Advanced Excel experience ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills Solid problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines Benefits: At The Bay Family of Companies, we believe in taking care of our employees.
