Tecovas is looking for an Inventory Control Analyst to join our growing and dynamic Central Inventory Management (CIM) Team. This position will play an integral role in helping to drive operational excellence across our eCommerce and Retail channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Inventory Control, you will be supporting order management, performing reconciliations, analyzing trends and maintaining inventory accuracy across systems.
This role is required to be based in Austin, TX. Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration or related field
• 2+ years of inventory & procurement analysis experience in a related industry
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Advanced analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Responsible for monitoring and reconciling omni-channel customer order transactions
• Partner with retail stores to support necessary inventory movement or other transactions
• Record inventory adjustments in NetSuite as needed.
• Responsible for generating weekly and monthly inventory reporting and communicating to cross-functional partners.
• Support special inventory projects including but not limited to quarterly and annual Physical Inventory, monthly donation process, and inventory movement for special events.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy in NetSuite by performing reconciliations between systems, researching discrepancies, and driving solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management at retail locations
• Keeping abreast of vendor and supplier-related activities in the industry.
