  Job Purpose: Basic Function: Inventory Control Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the department and ensuring that adequate inventory of products and services are in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy. The person in this position conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems. Develops and implements inventory control procedures. Coordinates and manages daily physical counts along with training and managing the team. This position is responsible for scheduling their team hours of operation, maintenance of warehouse equipment and warehouse housekeeping. The manager will assign priorities for all aspects of this department to include labor, documentation/time requirements and customer demands. This position reports to the General Manager of Warehouse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Daily * QI process for Bay Valley inventory, this is done in order to have inventory available to Rico's. * Labor Planning * Ensuring payroll time is correct * Consistently communicating with external clients. * Outsourcing labor as needed. * Special project request from clients Weekly * Weekly mangers and supervisor meeting * Attending all strategic leadership meetings on a weekly basis.   Monthly * Keeping track of all facility updates. * KPI Tracking * Maintaining and documenting maintenance of all equipment. * Peco and Chep, inputting info into system once a week.   Quarterly * Ensuring that performance reviews, team goals and forecasting is documented and completed in a timely manner.   Job Complexity: * Management skills and the ability to manage a staff of employees. * Hire, Train, Coach, Mentor and hold all warehouse staff accountable.. * Ability to lead or support IT modification projects. * Ability to maintain an organized, neat and orderly operation as it pertains to Inventory Control. * Ensures that all project and client KPIs are met or exceeds expectation. * Requires knowledge of reporting requirements as it pertains to co-pack. * Good communication, problem resolution, and people skills. * Maintains AIB policy and procedures.   Qualifications: * 5 or more years of Warehouse Management experience * Ability to report/track trending and historical data. * Must have strong business writing and case analysis skills. * Intermediate algebra and financial math is a must. * Experience in Inventory Control, Transportation Warehouse. * Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel with basic knowledge of Access, data entry and general computer abilities. * Experience in warehouse safety and safety training.   Language Skills Sets: * Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and speak English. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. * Must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons. * Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others. * Regularly work in an indoor/office environment and required to sit and/or use repetitive hand motion. * Frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk. * Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required. * Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain work accuracy, and the ability to concentrate on more than one task at a time. * Must have the ability to read and discern visual images on a variety of media with 20/20 corrected vision. * Must hear speech out of both ears in the normal range of 30db at 500 to 2000 Hz range. * Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones. * Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.   The preceding statements are illustrative of the functions of the job and RJW retains the right to modify or change the duties or essential functions of the job at any time.
