Position Overview: B&T USA is looking for an Inventory Control Associate who will be responsible for helping maintain the organization’s inventory while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Oversee the receiving process for incoming materials and supplies, ensuring they match purchase orders and are in good condition. * Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming inventory to ensure compliance with company standards. * Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records. * Update and maintain inventory records in the inventory management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Work closely with the production teams to coordinate inventory needs and resolve any issues. Required Education/Experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. * Required to lift 25lbs unassisted and up to 50lbs assisted. * Regularly required to stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. * Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting Work Environment: * Work performed in a combination of manufacturing machine shop, warehouse and office environments * Exposed to machine shop manufacturing elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc. * Fast-paced environment * Must be able to access and navigate B&T’s facilities. Job Type * FT – Hourly * Monday to Friday. May be required to work after-hours or weekends when needed to meet demands.
