Description

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: * Provide support for the stores with all inventory needs and requests, including but not limited to multi-channel issues, researching sales ticket issues, missing and overages in gear, etc. * Oversee, maintain, research and resolve all inventory issues * Daily and year-end accounting * Additional duties as assigned Qualifications To join our band, you'll need the following experience: * High School diploma or equivalent * 1 year of experience in Guitar Center Operations or Sales * Operations experience is strongly preferred * Experience including, but not limited to, using multi-channel, cycle counting, store reports, shipping & receiving, repairs, dotcom processing, and general sales processing * At least 1 year of Green Screen/POS system experience is required * Versed in Microsoft Suite of programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) * Intermediate Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (building basic formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups) is strongly preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Able to interact with professionals at all levels within and outside the organization * Strong organization, interpersonal and people management skills * Detail oriented, self--starter, and ability to take on and complete tasks by deadline Why Guitar Center Company?
