Position Summary The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods within our label printing manufacturing environment. This role supports production and shipping operations by ensuring accurate picking, packing, inventory reconciliation, and ERP data integrity. The position includes forklift operation and internal material movement. Key Responsibilities · Inventory Control & ERP Accuracy · Maintain accurate inventory records using the Label Traxx inventory management system. · Perform regular cycle counts and assist with monthly physical inventory counts. · Investigate and report inventory discrepancies promptly · Process inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures · Ensure proper lot tracking and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) material rotation · Maintain organized inventory locations to support production efficiency Picking, Packing & Shipping Support · Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment based on customer needs. · Verify product quantities and inspect quality before packing in a high-volume, highly mixed SKU environment. · Label, organize, and store products to ensure efficient warehouse operations. · Support shipping functions to meet daily order deadlines · Report damaged materials or product issues immediately · Material Handling & Safety · Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently · Stage and relocate materials within the facility · Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas · Follow OSHA and California workplace safety standards at all times Physical Demands & Work Environment · Stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift) · Frequently bend, reach, kneel, and lift · Lift and carry up to 50 pounds · Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment · Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to paper dust and ink odors · Required use of PPE, including safety shoes and safety glasses Qualifications · 1–3 years of inventory control, warehouse, or shipping experience in a manufacturing environment · Forklift certified and experienced · Experience using ERP systems (Label Traxx preferred) · Strong attention to detail in high-volume, mixed SKU environments · Microsoft Excel and data entry proficiency · Ability to work independently and meet daily production and shipping deadlines · Knowledge of California workplace safety standards Equal Opportunity Employer Imprimus Labels & Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
