Job Details Job Location: Silverton Casino LLC - Las Vegas, NV 89139 Position Type: Full Time General Summary of Job Duties To maintain an accurate cost of goods sold throughout the month for general ledger purposes. Principle Responsibilities and Duties Adherence to all policies stated in the team member handbook. Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory count of all merchandise bought and used in the restaurants, warehouse, gift shop, kitchen and bars. Input of all requisitions forward to finance from purchasing, warehouse, and food & beverage. Update price changes from the purchasing department. Observe and verify month end physical inventories as assigned. Input final inventories after month end inventory counts. Forward this information to controller for review. Investigate unusual requisitions for accuracy and completeness. Maintain operation/maintenance and integrity of materials movement system. Other job related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management.
