Agropur is looking for a Inventory control Coordinator to join its team in Etobicoke.
Reporting to the Inventory and Control Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for inventory control on site and several value-added activities. In collaboration with the distribution center team, manufacturing plants, quality team, customer service, and planning team, the incumbent will rigorously control the receiving process, inventory accuracy, and product integrity. The incumbent serves as a reference for SAP information system knowledge.
Additionally, they support the management and supervisory teams daily, ensuring optimal execution of distribution and transportation operations while meeting customer service standards. They also ensure that distribution and transportation operations align with capacity and that operational flow supports performance indicators.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THIS ROLE:

The Inventory control Coordinator ’s responsibilities will include:

• Oversees all inventory-related activities.
• Ensures inventory accuracy.
• Executes transactions in the information system.
• Organizes and follows up on various inventory-related activities.
• Manages inventory while complying with CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) quality standards.
• Monitors warehouse capacity and takes action when needed.
• Ensures raw materials are always available for operations.
• Manages documentation of incoming trucks and containers.
• Responsible for the proper functioning of the SAP system
• Acts as a SAP super-user and is the contact point for any SAP-related issues.
• Maintains constant communication between forklift operators, supervisors, and management team.
