JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR!

Are you ready to take ownership of accuracy and organization in a fast-paced warehouse environment? New England Appliance Group (NEAG) is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure our inventory is accurate, organized, and well-maintained.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our inventory systems. You’ll collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and support smooth operations from receiving to fulfillment. ESSENTIAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 year’s experience in inventory control, warehouse logistics, or related operations.
  • Strong familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, preferably P21 and WWMS.
  • Experience leading cycle count programs and performing inventory reconciliations.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, decision-making, & problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of business ERP systems and preferably a wireless warehouse system.
  • Ability to work productively, efficiently, & effectively while under pressure & be able to deliver quality work.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness & ability to learn, improve & adapt.
  • Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and work prolonged periods at a desk on a computer.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct, document, and reconcile cycle counts and bin audits across all warehouse zones
  • Execute and track warehouse transfers, inter-location replenishment, and cross-dock updates.
  • Collaborate with the Reverse Logistics Supervisor on disposition of damaged, scrap, and returned items
  • Develop min/max-based replenishment suggestions to the DOM, and proactively communicate with the DOM and Warehouse Manager potential overstock and understock risks
  • Coordinate with Finance for inventory adjustments and period-end shrink reporting
  • Review inventory turns and safety stock and recommend improvements.
  • Improve Alert Inventory notifications within and outside organization.
  • Forecast and backorder analysis works with DOM, CFO and Purchasing
