Position Summary: AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Mobile, AL that implements the most relevant digital solutions to transform, optimize and secure plant supply chains, manage and oversee inventories, control all logistical flows and meet the current and future challenges of its customers. We are looking for skilled Inventory Control Cycle Counter to assist with this client's production needs. The Inventory Control Cycle Counter is responsible for through continuous cycle counts of inventory in a timely manner while on feet. The Cycle Counter researches all data available to resolve discrepancies and adheres to proper inventory control and procedures. Essential Functions: Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system data Research discrepancies between physical and system count Communicate cycle count finding to those responsible for inventory Adheres to the cycle counting procedures and guidelines Maintains count records and data files Investigates origin of discrepancies Executes daily cycle counts as instructed Collects daily warehouse activity data (metrics tracking) Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures Locates stock and delivers item to destination Maintains accurate inventory records to help facilities shortage detection Maintains confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnel Other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED Computer applications experience using RF Systems. Excellent customer service skills. Power material handling experience preferred.
