POSITION OVERVIEW

The Inventory Control Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory management, including product transfers between locations, stock accuracy, and compliance with FIFO procedures. This role is essential to ensuring that our stores are well-stocked, our inventory is accurate, and our team is trained to handle products correctly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a large team.
• Familiarity with vape and glass product categories is a plus.
• Associates Degree or Higher must be provided to Interview.
• Must have a Clean Driving Record & a Valid Driver’s License

Preferred:

• Experience in retail environments with high SKU turnover.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to vape and tobacco products.
• Experience with POS systems like Square, Lightspeed, or similar.
