We’re Looking For An: Inventory Control Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA Shift / Schedule: M-F 8am-5:30pm Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborate with management to relay trends, review team performance, and optimize procedures in accordance with company policies Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure there is the appropriate inventory and stocked level of goods Ensure that inventories are properly tracked and accounted for (locations/movements/etc.) Develop and track relevant KPI and metrics to drive accuracy of on-hand inventory Report inventory information timely and accurately to management Responsible for analyzing variances and reporting findings Oversee physical counts/cycle counts and make sure that they are maintained according to corporate directives and policies Oversee the disposal or liquidation of inventory Maintain a safe, clean, and organized fulfillment center Resolve first-level operational issues and escalate them as necessary to the Sr. Operations Manager Ensure all performance evaluations and corrective actions are consistent with company policy, are administered fairly, and are crafted for personal development Oversee the receipt of incoming product to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments Ensure that any nonconforming stock is reported to Suppy Chain and addressed via Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR). Oversee the put away of incoming product Slotting and Replenishments Monitor space and track stock levels Consistently review Min/max inventory replenishment to ensure available stock Prioritize replenishment shortages and ensure team is working to complete on each shift Oversee the transfer of product between warehouse and ensure an equal balance between sites. Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): Experience working in a collaborative group environment as well as individually Experience working with employment agencies (high volume) Deadline driven and resourceful with ability to take direction Ability to communicate in a multicultural environment This is a full-time position. Standard 40-hour work week, however candidate must be able and willing to work extended hours for special events and when necessary Consistent attendance and adhering to work schedule and attendance policy Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), preferred Detail oriented with strong managerial, planning, organization and project management skills, preferred Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc), preferred Ability to participate in cross-functional initiatives and lead teams of individuals, preferred Self-driven, focused individual with strong time management and problem-solving skills, preferred Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and leadership, preferred Demonstrates professional attitude, ability to learn basic software programs, knowledge of import/export procedures using High Jump and Net Suite, preferred Golden Perks & Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover 100% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans.
