JOB SUMMARY:

The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing corporate inventory operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all retail locations and distribution centers. This role leads inventory control programs, including cycle counts, reconciliations, shrink reduction initiatives, and reporting. The position partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes, support business growth, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In-depth knowledge of retail inventory control processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects to improve accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage all levels of management.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to train and develop teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros), ERP/WMS, and reporting systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of inventory control experience, preferably within a corporate retail environment.
