SUMMARY

We are seeking an Inventory Control Operations Manager with proven leadership experience and a background in bar or restaurant operations to oversee the daily execution of our inventory control services.
This role ensures clients receive accurate, on-time reports and excellent service while leading and supporting a team of auditors and account managers. You’ll be the first point of contact for client issues, manage day-to-day operations, and step in to assist wherever needed — including both on-site audits and back-office reporting.
For the right candidate, this position offers a clear growth path to Director of Beverage Inventory Control.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role, including staff oversight and accountability.
  • Hands-on experience in bar or restaurant operations required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with both team members and clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting software.
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in analytics tools.
