Job Title: Inventory Control Shift Lead                          Department: 21INV       Hours: 3:15PM-15:15AM 1. SUMMARY   1. The Inventory Control Shift Lead plays an integral part in the day-to-day operations of inventory control within the Distribution Center.  This individual is responsible for maintaining processes from put away workflows, receipt of goods, cycle counting, and ensures timely delivery of labels and trays to support Label Line production activities.      2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES  1. Assists with documenting inventory errors made by inventory personnel for performance purposes.  2. Delegates tasks to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate results before completion deadline.  3. Interprets data from PowerBI reports to create and implement action plans for affected inventory.  4. Assists with conducting inventory audits for subordinate’s weekly scorecards as well as audits to identify variances between WMS and physical inventory.  5. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment.  6. Coordinates with forklift maintenance shop on any equipment that may need maintenance completed.  7. Performs inventory adjustments to update true physical balances as well as item updates.  8. Attends and participates in department staff meetings as well as other related meetings.  9. Processes return (RMA’s) to maintain accurate inventory records and credits to customers for returned goods.  10. Coordinates with QA Management Team concerning placement of hold inventory as well as review process.  11. Converses with Label Line Inventory Team to determine root cause of manufacturing receipt errors or work order variances.  12. Coordinates with Shipping Department to ensure that government items are placed in correct warehouse locations for inspection/grading process.  13. Reviews delivery schedule appointments via TMS.  14. Apply for this Position
