Summary/Objective: The Inventory Control / S & R Lead is responsible for warehouse management, inventory control, issuing, shipping and receiving of materials. Ensures accuracy of inventory. Trains and manages a team of warehouse staff.

• Oversee a team of warehouse employees and driver
• Schedule and prioritizes work and direct daily departmental activity
• Assist team in completing daily transactions
• Ensures parts and products are packaged per customer requirements and shipped timely
• Ensure inventory accuracy through robust cycle counts and annual physical inventory
• Work with Production Manager and Planner to ensure adequate supply of inventory to fulfill orders
• Manage inventory transfers between warehouses and customer’s VMI warehouses
• Maintain adequate supply of packaging supplies
• Maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and organized manner
• Other duties as assigned
