Job Summary The Inventory Control Specialist will assist our Operations and Supply Chain personnel to insure our internal and external customers are serviced in a timely manner. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for learning company policies and procedures and helping to maintain a smooth flow of materials required for effective company operation. Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain strong working relationships with our internal customers. Receives PO's and perform the data entry and documentation into the ERP system. Pull parts for work orders that are scheduled to be serviced and coordinate their delivery to Operations. Review and maintain RMA area for Vendor correction and monitor for responses. Organize and maintain Inventory room in good order. Create and maintain labeling for all inventory. Process ownership, possession, and teardown units for disposition. Perform Cycle counting and housekeeping. Additional work and/or flexible hours as required to meet business needs. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications/Skills: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Supply Chain function. Must have ERP experience. Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Preferred Quantum ERP experience. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to self-direct. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Additional Information: This is a full time (40 hours per week) non-exempt position. The hourly pay rate for this position is $20.00-$24.00 DOE. This is a safety sensitive position as defined by the FAA and will require a DOT/FAA drug test. This is a full time position (40 hours per week). This position is located in Depew, NY with occasional field visits. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Remote work is not available for this position. Generally, shift work may be required as deemed by business needs. Work is primarily sedentary using a computer for most hours worked. Some bending, kneeling, twisting/turning, crouching, climbing stairs, using arms, wrists, handling, grasping, squeezing. This position is subject to a background check.
