Description:
Blake’s Beverage Company is seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Inventory Control Specialist to oversee and maintain inventory accuracy across our production and distribution footprint. This role is responsible for executing and refining inventory control processes, managing counts and reconciliations, investigating variances, and ensuring all materials (raw, WIP, and finished goods) are tracked accurately within our ERP system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, or warehouse/receiving operations
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and inventory management best practices
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (lookups, data entry, reconciliation reporting)
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and accountability mindset
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs); familiarity with warehouse equipment a plus
• Experience in food & beverage or manufacturing preferred
