Work location: Dallas, TX Scope: The Inventory Control Specialist is a functional role that includes material control tasks to ensure all inventory is accurately maintained and current storage and control strategies are appropriate. The role works collaboratively with key business partners to ensure timeliness of execution, replenishment, processing and / or other. Interacting with Purchasing, Planning, Distribution, Operations and Customer Care to identify and meet business requirements. The role also works closely with these business partners to identify best practices and address challenges timely and appropriately. Job Summary: Required to replenish stock, complete external and internal receipts of goods, control Inventory accuracy, operate material handling equipment within a high-volume temperature-controlled warehouse, and complete cycle counting. To assure team continuity across all warehouse operations, this position may also be required to learn, perform, and or be certified to assist within other areas including distribution, logistics, or others as assigned.  
Responsibilities
The role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock replenishment, and processing receipts of goods. It involves collaborating with Purchasing, Planning, and Distribution teams to meet business requirements within a temperature-controlled warehouse.
