Description
General Purpose: To achieve operating results that are expected by Dairy Farmers of America senior management and our customers, through direct involvement with daily Packaging and Ingredient receiving, production orders, warehousing and shipments out of the Plant utilizing  SAP.   Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Become proficient in the SAP systems. * Become subject matter expert on use of SAP in order to train and assist with issues as they occur in the production process. * Assist in controlling and tracking all P&I receipts to proper storage locations, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities. * Assist in insuring accuracy of P&I issuance to Shop Orders, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities. * Assist in maintaining accurate Finished Good inventory by location, through system reconciliation and cycle counting activities. * Assist in reconciling shipments to ensure billing accuracy. * Assist with monthly cycle count program. * Reconcile completed shop orders to reflect accurate usage. * Other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience * High School degree or equivalent. * Ability to safely operate a forklift. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Ability to problem-solve using the combined talents of various individuals within the Schulenburg facility. * Ability to work effectively on an individual basis, and as part of a team. * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task. * Ability to interact in a positive way with all personnel within Dairy Farmers of America and with all visitors to the Schulenburg facility. * 10 key calculator. * Ability to perform basic High School level math. * Basic computer skills and use of internet, e-mail, etc. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel. * Ability to analyze and interpret data in order to resolve discrepancies.
